How to Apply

Please click the My Page button on the top of this page first and follow the steps below.

On going back to the previous screen
Do not click the “Back” button or icon found on the top left part of your browser.

Preparation Create an Account on “My Page”

For first-timers, please click My Pagein the top of this page.
Also, please click the link (Don't have a My Page account? Create it here.) and follow the guidance.



Please click the “Agree” button after confirming the registration rule.



Enter your e-mail address.
This e-mail address is required to log in to My Page.
After clicking the “Register” button, an e-mail from Hosei will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
If you have set up your domain to receive the email, please make sure that you can receive the email at [@hosei.ac.jp] and [52school.com].
If the e-mail address you entered is incorrect, you will not receive the an e-mail from Hosei.



Please click the URL in the e-mail from Hosei.
Set your password to log in to My Page.

STEP2-1 Register your personal information

Please click the “Proceed” button on the STEP2-1 to register your personal information.



Please click the “Register” button after entering your personal information.
Personal information registered on this page will be used for the application.
If any of the required fields (fields marked with Required) are not filled in, an error will occur, so please re-enter the information.
*Please note that you will not be able to register your application unless both your personal information and a photo have been registered in advance.




STEP2-2 Register your photo

Please click the “Proceed” button on the STEP2-2 to register your photo.
*Please note that you will not be able to register your application unless both your personal information and a photo have been registered in advance.



Please prepare your photo and click the “Select File” button.



Trim the photo according to the instructions on the screen.



If there are no problems, click the “Trim the ID photo” button.
Click OK when “Trim the ID photo” is displayed.



A confirmation screen will appear.
If all is well, enter a check in the “confirmed” box and click the “Register” button.
If you wish to readjust, click the “Back” button.




STEP3 Start Online Application

Please click the My Page button on the top of this page and login.



Move to the “STEP3 Start Online Application” and click the “Select the admission category and desired course and pay the screening fee to start your online application.”



Select Admission Category
Select admission category and then click the “Next” button.



Select Desired Course
Select your desired course and then click the “Next” button.



Confirm Personal Information
Registered information will be displayed on My Page. If there is any mistake, please back to "STEP2-1:Register your personal information” and modify it before the submission of application.



Send Application Information
This is all the registration information.
Please click the “Next” button after the confirmation.



Confirm Payment Amount
Confirm the payment method and the deadline and then click the “Next” button.
The registration information will be invalid after the deadline.

Caution
Any modification won't be available after the completion of the payment.
Please check every detail very carefully before the submission.



Check Important Notice and Complete the Payment.
This is the end of the registration.
Confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
Please check the below information and make sure everything has been done.
●Pay the Screening Fee
●Print the “Enrollment Request Form”
●Upload Application Materials
●Send all application documents together to Hosei University by post.
 (including the “Enrollment Request Form”).




STEP4 Complete your application

Please click the “Proceed” button on the 「STEP4-1:Upload the “Self-introduction video” and "Essay".」 and 「STEP4-2:Print the “Enrollment Request Form”」 on the next page and send all application documents together to Hosei University by post no later than the specified deadline.

The system will show you the application list.

  • To confirm the method of payment, click  Payment .
  • To upload the application materials such as essays or videos, click  Upload Application Materials .
  • To delete the registration information, click  Cancel Application . (Only available before the payment)
  • To check the registration information before the payment, click  View Registration Information . (Only available before the payment)
  • To print out the Enrollment Request Form, click  Print Enrollment Request Form .

Confirm Applicant Number

Please click the My Page button on the top of this page and login.



Click “Confirm Applicant Number” on My Page.



If the button is created, please click it and print out the test voucher. The examination notification should be printed in A4 size (color or black-and-white printing is all available) and make sure to bring it on the examination day.




Announcement of Successful Applicants

Please click the My Page button on the top of this page and login.



Click “Announcement of Successful Applicants” on My Page.



Check the result of the examination.
