About Application Guidelines

Each guideline contains qualification and precaution for application, selection method, required document list, etc.
In particular, some application documents may take some time to prepare, so please read carefully beforehand.
Please take note that application contents cannot be edited after the acceptance of application. Please check all the registered information carefully before submission.

※Application registration cannot be processed after deadline. Please complete the registration beforehand.

※Application will not be accepted if application registration, entrance exam fee payment and submission of required documents are not completed within the application period for each selection.
※Please be sure to check the operating hours of bank or JP bank (ATM) when using Pay-easy.

※Please deliver application documents by [registered express mail] addressed to the address printed on the mailing label.
 All required documents must arrive by the application period without fail; Postmarked date is NOT effective.

Printing internet application form

Application form can be printed from Required document print screen after selecting payment method of entrance examination fee. Please be sure to print, enclose in envelope and submit.

  • Please make sure that all required documents are enclosed in the envelope, checking against.
  • Please note that the internet application form for Special Selection, Comprehensive Selection-(SAT/ACT Method and IB Method) has 2 pages.
  • There are some fields that would require entry by handwriting for Special Selection (Entrance Exams for Returnee China Repatriates). Please do not forget to fill in.

Sending application documents

Please pay the entrance examination fee within the application period (No later than) and deliver required documents by [registered express mail] addressed to the address printed on the mailing label.
With this process, application procedure will be completed. (If errors are found in the documents submitted, application will not be accepted unless correction is made within the application period.)

Mailing label can be printed from required document print screen after payment of the entrance examination fee. Please print in color. If using Monochrome printing, please trace the characters and borders of [速達], [書留] with a red pen, etc.
