- Online Entrance Examination Offered to International Applicants
International Hennyugaku / Tennyugaku (School Recommendation) - Entrance Examination for Applicants from overseas using International Baccalaureate (IB)
Online Entrance Examination for International Applicants can be applied for and taken from inside and outside of Japan. Application registration and submission of application documents are done online, and the entrance examination is conducted through a web conference system, including an online interview.
The entrance examinations for applicants from overseas are for reside outside Japan. Applicants who reside in Japan at the time of application or exam are not eligible to apply for this exam.
Be sure to check through the application guide below and complete the following procedures.
1.Online application registration and payment of the application fee (from "Start Application")
2.Upload of ID photo file and Application Documents (from "My Page")
*Applicants must complete the online application, application fee payment and upload of application documents by 11:59 p.m. (Japan Time) on the final day of the application period.
*Applicants are asked to prepare their application documents in PDF files and their ID photograph in a JPG or JPEG file for upload.

Click Start Application on upperside of this page to start the application and input information into fields by following instructions.
Step4. Payment of the application fee
After completing "Online Application Registration", applicant will be able to make a payment of the application fee. Complete the payment procedure by following the instruction on the payment site.

- It must be completed to pay the application fee by the deadline. All payment after the deadline will not be accepted.
- The application fee must be paid with credit card.
Step5. Upload of ID photo file and Application Documents
Click My Page on upperside of this page to log into and upload ID photo and requested application documents by the deadline of the application period.
Applicant may not log into "My Page" until he/she has completed the application fee payment procedure.
*Prepare application documents in PDF files and ID photograph in a JPG or JPEG file for upload.
Last Application completed
The examinee number will be provided only to applicant who is considered to have application eligibility. Applicant is advised to check to see if he/she received an Examinee number via "My Page" on the scheduled notification day.
Privacy Policy
To start the application, you must agree to the Privacy Policy for admissions of Toyo University.
Select "Agree to the handling of personal information" and go on to the Online Application Registration page from Start Application if you agree to the policy.
【Handling of personal information】
Applicant's personal information including names, addresses, and other related forms that are contained in the application documents shall only be used for the purpose of 1) the application registration, 2) the entrance exams, 3) the announcement of the results and 4) the admission procedure as well as for other tasks associated with these operations.
Toyo University outsources some of the above-mentioned operations.
The personal information mentioned above shall be provided to the designated business parties authorized by Toyo University.
